Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packaging and shipping of the test kit(s) has been completed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Because our lab performs analysis on your sample, which takes several days, we don't have a refund policy on delivered results. Once the results / reports have been delivered via email, all sales will be considered final at that point.
